Current State - Risk On: Comparing the momentum of the SP-500 versus Long Term Treasuries (TLT) this week shows the momentum of the SP-500 is back above 50, above the momentum of TLT, and TLT momentum has dropped. However, volatility has increased significantly with Friday's market drop so great caution is advised.
